“No one needs to know.”
Clint’s head darted up at him in surprise. “What?!”
Bruce wasn’t looking at him, fidgeting with some papers. “You don’t need to tell anyone. About you know. Us.”
Clint looked at him at shock. “And if I want to?”
Bruce looked up at him with a soft smile. “Clint, it’s not…I’m a monster. I would damage your reputation.”
Clint took a step towards him. It had been a struggle just to convince him to give them a chance, he should have seen this coming. “Bruce,” he said softly. “My reputation isn’t that great.”
Bruce raised an eyebrow. “You’re-”
“And even if was, you think I’d care?”
Bruce let out a sigh. “I just…”
Clint stepped forward and kissed him. “I know.”
