Liv was dying.
Okay not literally but her insides felt like it.
Curse Braun Strowman and his idea. He asked if Liv would eat a spicy blue chip with Xavier Woods for an UpUpDownDown video. Liv being Liv, not one to back down from a challenge, she agreed. All because the chip was blue.
Now her insides were burning, her tongue was numb, and her mouth was blue.
Nothing helped the pain. Water and the Powerade drink didn’t help. The snickers tasted horrible. She couldn't even drink the coffee creamer like Xavier was because she didn't like dairy.
As Xavier was hunched over the trash can Liv laid on the floor. The coolness of the hard floor helped a bit with the warmth spreading through her body but she still felt sick. The group of people that watched the whole fiasco slowly left one by one, feeling bad for both of their friends falling under Braun’s trick. This left only choosing a few to stay with the two wrestlers.
Meanwhile Rhea was just getting back from her match when she saw the aftermath of the commotion. Xavier was hunched over a trash can, eyes shut tight; while Liv was on her side in, curled up into a fetal position.
Nattie and Scarlett were trying to fan Liv to keep her cool.
"Uh, guys, why is my girlfriend curled up on the floor? And why is her tongue blue?" The Eradicator asked the remaining wrestlers. Rhea crouched down to Liv to brush her hair out of her face. "Baby?"
Liv looked up at Rhea and made grabby hands towards her. "Rheaaa. It hurts." Liv whined. Rhea slowly picked Liv up to sit her up against her chest. "Oh baby, what did you do?" Rhea cooed to her girlfriend before turning to the others. "What happened?"
Xavier, being ever so dramatic, explained what he and Liv did and how it was Braun's fault. Rhea glared at the 6'8'' wrestler, who hid behind a curtain aftaid. Rhea's glares were always the scariest.
"Babeee! It's hot!" Liv whined as she latched onto Rhea. Rhea sighed. "I'm going to take my girlfriend to cool off."
Rhea walks away with Liv in her arms. "Braun! I'm going to get you back for this!"
Everyone turns to Braun as the big guy hunches in fear, counting down his days till Rhea does something to him.
Rhea walks into the locker room and straight to the showers. She helps Liv out of her clothes and sits her down on the attached bench in the shower cubicle. Rhea turns on the shower head, keeping it on a cool setting. Liv sighs as the cold water hits her body, immediately contrasting with the inner heat her body was radiating. She starts to feel a lot better. The heat was slowly going away, leaving only a bit of pain in her stomach but nothing she can't handle.
Rhea takes off her gear and steps into the shower as well. She is quick to wash herself first before helping Liv to stand up. With her chest against her girlfriend's back Rhea lathers the vanilla scented soap over Liv's body.
Liv sighs in relief as Rhea washes her body, leaning her head against Rhea's chest, eyes closed. "Thank you." Liv mutters. After washing the soap off Liv Rhea leans down to kiss the side of Liv's neck.
"You just had to eat a spicy blue chip huh?" Rhea smiles into Liv's neck. "It was for a challenge. You know I don't back down from a challenge." Liv protested. "But if it means I get this kind of treatment from you I'll eat a spicy blue chip everyday." A soft laugh from Rhea rang throughout the shower.
"You didn't need to eat anything spicy to get this treatment from me love. All you have to do is ask." Liv turns around and leans up to give a chaste kiss to Rhea's lips. "Now why don't we go dry off and get dressed? We can get some ice cream to cool you off." Hearing the sound of ice cream Liv's eyes gleams and she nods excitedly.
The two hop out of the shower and dry off. They both changed into some comfortable baggy clothes, which were both Rhea's, leaving Liv to be drowning in.
Rhea is quick to gather their things. With her hand rolling both their bags and her other holding Liv's hand the two walk to Rhea's car, ready for the ice cream, with Rhea explaining the revenge she's gonna get on Braun.
