The battle has been complete chaos, but with the help of the Vinsmokes, who recovered their super suits, they managed to enter Bege's castle without much trouble.
The problem here was that they were surrounded by the bloodthirsty Charlottes.

The others screamed with her at the same time and Ikkaku was already on the ground foaming from her mouth. Bege is almost unable to keep his castle from the shock of this discovery.

To say that Katakuri was confused was an understatement.
She knows that Straw Hat Luffy is a magnet for chaos and is an unpredictable kid, seeing the blood lineage he carries in his small body.
Anything but this was expected...
-Hey, Mochi... I beat you so... Be my Pirate Queen!- Luffy yells, looking Katakuri in the eye with determination.
How the hell did we come to this?
Let's recap a bit...
It cost them, but they convinced Luffy that Katakuri will only accept to be his queen if he manages to win her in a battle. Thus they managed to prevent Luffy from leaving the fortress and asking Katakuri to marry him at that very moment.
After forcibly convincing Caesar, Bege deactivated his fortress. He, Caesar and the Vinsmokes emerged in front of Big Mom. Within seconds, Big Mom Pirates peppered them with bullets, but the Vinsmokes stepped in and stopped the bullets.
Big Mom grabbed Prometheus and used his fire to attack Reiju. Ready to kill her, Big Mom grabbed Zeus this time and lunged for her again. Before she could hit her, Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro emerged from Bege's body and stopped her attack.
As the Vinsmokes battled the Big Mom Pirates, Caesar continued his escape attempt by flying over the compound with Bege. To prevent his escape, Perospero erected a candy wall, but Ichiji, Niji and Yonji destroyed it much to the alliance's relief.
Big Mom began to anger Luffy by reminding him of his words about his supposed victory and calling him a coward for running away. Unable to calm down, Luffy slipped out of Sanji's control and, using his Gear Fourth, collided his fist with Big Mom's Armament Haki-imbued arm. Following the crash, Luffy began to weaken and was forced to deactivate Gear Fourth from him. As Sanji escaped with him, Big Mom mocked Luffy's claims and began to chase after them at high speed.
Before Caesar and Bege could get through the compound gate, Katakuri stepped between them.
-Almost.- Katakuri said after the impact of Caesar and Bege against her.- You were just one step away...-
Before she could go on the offensive with both of them, Ichiji appeared and began engaging the Sweet Commander as Caesar and Bege continued. Once again, his escape attempt was thwarted due to Brulee. While she was entertaining Caesar, Katakuri defeated Ichiji, Smoothie, Daifuku and Galette defeats Luffy, Sanji, Reiju and Raven, and Big Mom defeats Niji, Yonji and Zoro.
Before the Big Mom Pirates began the executions of the traitors, the Tamatebako fell to the base of the castle and the bomb inside it exploded causing the start of its collapse.
The collapse of the castle alerted all of Big Mom's subordinates and relatives. In the capital, the civilians began to flee to avoid being entombed by the great castle.
Taking advantage of the Big Mom Pirates' distraction, Zoro, Sanji, Reiju and Luffy began to move at the same time as Yonji and Niji, who also rescued their father.
Little by little, everyone present on the roof began to fall, including Big Mom, whose fall filled Brulee with sadness and Bege with satisfaction, foretelling the death of the empress and her children.
Katakuri managed to maintain control and set about reassuring some of her siblings.
