For two years the bounty on Luffy's head has reached 100,000,000. The photo of him was also renewed. Instead of just showing his back it shows his full face.
On the poster, Luffy could be seen staring straight ahead with a serious expression and blood splattering all over his face. He was cool and gave off this vibe of someone powerful.
The biggest mystery is how they could believe that Demaro was Luffy when they don't look one bit alike.
(I wondered the same thing myself when I saw this bunch of idiots doing bad Straw Hat imitations. People must be really blind to believe their lies.)

He realized that a Den Den Mushi was filming the scene so his smile widened even more.
