There was a deathly silence. The unknown woman clenched her fists.

A bunch of policemen showed up at the scene and wanted to arrest the woman for attacking a police officer. Suddenly a building exploded. The roof of said building fell towards her, but just as it was going to crush her, it slipped to the side of her.

Buggy met Luffy when he was still a ten-years-old boy. Since the Roger Pirates disbanded, Buggy had to live in the New World on his own.
He wasn't as strong as Shanks or Natsu.
He wasn't even brave.
He thought that he would die soon and was very afraid.
However, Natsu gave him a hand and helped him become stronger. He knows that he has no talent for close combat so he taught him the art of deception and flight. With that he managed to get out of danger more than once and get a crew of his own.
Buggy wondered many times how someone as direct and honest as Natsu can know things like cheating and running away.
(Something told him that it was better not to ask because he would be stepping on land that he prefers not to touch even with a 10-meter pole.)
The moment he found out that Rouge was alive and that she lived in East Blue he decided to pay her a visit. A visit that he regrets to this day. (He doesn't.)
Every so often he returns to East Blue to visit Rouge and he knows Luffy quite well. Many times he wonders if this child is blessed or something.
When that Marine woman, Smoker the White Hunter, was about to stab the kid, a fucking lightning bolt fell from the sky and hit her.
How the hell did that happen!!??
-Ahyahyahyahya! Looks like I did survive!- Luffy said standing totally unharmed.- How lucky!-
-Hey... Do you believe in god?- Sanji asked.
-Enough talking and let's leave this town already. We've got more trouble heading our way.- Zoro said with a sigh.
The three ran out at full speed taking advantage of the fact that everyone was still in shock.
-Bye uncle Buggy!-
-... Let's get out of here, Alvida.- Buggy brought his jaw from the ground back to his face and grabbed Alvida's wrist to take her with him.
She didn't put up any resistance as she was still in shock while the Marines finally react.
-Captain Smoker!!-
-Surround the town square! Corner all the pirates!-

-Run for it! Which way!?- Smoker got up slowly in pain.

-Where did they run off to?- Smoker asked.
-They're headed for the western harbour.-
