The storm is on the way.
Two years has gone by since the birth of Heleana. Rhaenyra is expecting her first child which the king is more than excited about the birth of his first ever grandchild. He is said to be going around the castle saying, "My future grandchild will be a great king or queen like Jaehaerys the first." A few people were not sharing the same love for the new prince or princess. One of them being Alicent Hightower herself. Her and the Rhaenyra have not had a good relationship ever since it was said Rhaenyra had intercourse with Ser Christion Cole before her wedding to Laenor Velaryon.
Alicent herself is once again with child but she hasn't had any living children that has made it out of infancy expect her daughter Heleana. She has another stillborn son after her daughter who she gave the name Aemond. Right now his ashes lay next to his older brother Aegon. "Father I am sure the child isn't even Leanor's." Queen Alicent was said writing to her father who was sent to oldtown when he told Viserys of his daughter doing.
In her chambers Rhaenyra had other words to say. "She keeps trying to undermine me every day in court. I don't understand how my sweet sister could come from someone so.." Leanor went to his wife in seconds. "My dear wife do not let her get to you. For you have one thing that hag does not." "What is it exactly that I have?" Rhaenyra said holding her very swollen belly. "A place in line for the iron throne. You are the heir Rhaenyra do not forget that and our child is the future heir." After the convention she had with her lord husband she was calmed down for a bit but she knew there is a lot more she must do to secure her place in line. That night from some mysterious reason Alicent lost the child in her womb. Some say it was Rhaenyra herself. Others think maybe it was Daemon trying to make sure he stayed as the only male. While others think that Alicent just lost the babe of natural causes it is just sure not known.
A few months go by and the red keep is bubbling with news on that Princess Rhaenyra has begun her labors. Everyone bursting on seeing the babe on who will be second in line for the throne. Alicent sits in her chambers watching Heleana play on the ground with her dolls when a servant comes into the chambers. "your graces I have news on the princess." Alicent turns to look at her waiting to hear more maybe the babe didn't survive or that perhaves she has had a girl. "The princess has delivered a healthy baby boy. They have given him the name of Jacaerys." The queen quickly gets up at once. "Go tell the princess I command for the baby to be brought to me so I can see the new prince." The maid bows and quickly leaves the room. Alicent turns back and looks at her daughter.
